Sweat better regardless of your fitness goals. Using proven methods of building muscle tone, burning fat and working out to speed up the metabolism, you will reach your goals in no time. Training sessions are personalized whether 1:1 or in small group training.
Yoga 1:1
Work your yoga practice with a private session consisting of a 26/2 asana sequenced poses and breathing exercises. Concentration on your form to allow safer and deeper expressions of the postures. Proven results include better posture, improved sleep and calming of the mind. Helps build strength, balance and flexibility.
Stretch & Recovery
Fascial Stretch Therapy. Performance Stretch Therapy. Compression
Stretch
Stretch smarter with methods based on various stretch therapies including Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). A more dynamic and effective treatment than traditional stretching. This pain-free, assisted stretch session is conducted on a massage table and improves range of motion, athletic performance, circulation, energy and leaves you feeling lighter and rejuvenated. 30/60/90-minute sessions
Sport Stretch
Get the edge with a more sports specific stretch for those active with performance and fitness goals. This customized FST based session will work deep to release tension and allow for a better range of motion that will not only aid in recovery, but will also enhance your performance. Each session ends with a 15-minute finisher on the compression boots. 30/60/90-minute sessions
Stroga
A little bit stretch, a little bit yoga. This is a customized and floor-based stretch that combines the principles of yoga, fascial stretch therapy and soft tissue work. Your body will be assisted into various positions to relieve pain and increase mobility and flexibility.
Compression
This relaxing treatment applies controlled pressure to extremities that will increase circulation in hips, legs, ankles and feet. This helps improve blood flow to your heart and support veins and decreases overall pain and swelling in the lower extremities. Compression therapy can help improve overall quality of life.

Bodyologist Stretch Assessment
In this session, your Bodyologist will discuss your stretch therapy goals. Then she or he will assess your mobility and flexibility, while also evaluating your overall physical condition. From there, an individualized plan will be created. Some initial stretch techniques will also be performed during your assessment.

Sweat to Stretch 60
This session offers a combination of personal training and assisted stretch therapy. Your Bodyologist will have created a specific Sweat and Stretch plan based on your goals and the results of your initial assessment. This personalized session features a half-hour of sweat and a half-hour of assisted stretch.

This 30-minute rejuvenative session is based around our pain-free Stretch Smarter method. Personalized to your body’s needs, this brief but beneficial session will leave you feeling renewed and ready for the day.
